Data Collected
- Username (in the form of an email address)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Comments against videos
If you wish to add comments against a video, you will need to create a CCL TV account. To do this, the app requires you to use an email address as your login, and a password.
Your first and last name will also be collected so that it can be listed against your comments added within the CCL TV app.
Data Retention
Data is retained from when you create a CCL TV account until you use the 'Remove Account' function from within the app.
Data Removal
The CCL TV app has an option in the user settings section for you to remove your account and any details associated with it. However, your previous comments will remain.
If you no longer have the CCL TV app on your device but you wish to request for your account and associated data to be removed, please fill in the form below. CCL will manually remove any stored data from the database.
